Arsenàl.IT is Veneto's Research Centre for e-Health Innovation.
Founded by all the twenty-three Local Health Authorities and Hospital NHS Trusts of Veneto Region, Arsenàl.IT is engaged in the design, development and assessment of supra-organizational e-Health applications.
For this very reason, Arsenàl.IT carries out activities geared towards standardization, systems interoperability, research with a view to innovation, procurement engineering, and training.
The e-Health application and organizational models designed by Arsenàl.IT and shared with the twenty-three public healthcare organizations in Veneto Region, are a unique example of knowledge, competence and technology networking in Italy.
Thus Arsenàl.IT takes the lead as an institute for e-Health research and as a centre of reference on best practices, that can be made available for whole National Health System.
