The Management

The Chairman, supported by the General Manager, lead the structure according to the guidelines agreed with the Consortium's government bodies. The Chairman is the legal representative. He is in charge of the general direction, the guideline, the management of the structure, the relationship with the associated members and with different public institutions at regional, national and international level. The General Manager is in charge of the Technical General Manager, the Administration manager and the Communication and Marketing Division of the Consortium.

Administration Team

The administrative staff, coordinated by the Administration Manager, is in charge of the legal, economic, and project-linked activities. As regards the legal level, the team monitors purchases and logistics, all the aspects connected to safety, human resources, agreements, deals, and contracts included. As regards the economic level, the administration area works at accountability, balance and budget, fiscal aspects, planning, and the economic financial monitoring and control. As concern each single project, the staff is in charge of working at the activities of designing and administration for the financial management, accountability, budgeting, assessment, and budgeted costs on each project.

Technical Team

The technical team represents the hinge of the research and planning activities of the Consortium, the laboratory where ideas and solutions for answering the associated members' needs are elaborated. The main aim of the technical area is promoting the sharing between Arsenàl.It and the associated members of the heritage of know how and experiences developed in the ICT field. The team manages the project, the development and adoption of managerial and technological guidelines, the research development, and the supply of technical instructions and operational protocols for the interoperability of systems. It develops skills and knowhow as regards Health Technology Assessment, in particular as for the information technology and telematic applications on the processes connected to the supply of social and healthcare assistance (eHTA).

Team Communication & Marketing

The Communications Division represents an area that operates transversally in all the activities, supervising and coordinating the communication inside and outside the Consortium, managing each project's communication campaigns. All project and activity managers refers to this Division as they represent the main source of information to be spread among associated members and professionals involved in each activity, even outside the Consortium. The press office is included in the Division and manages the relationships with the media, being in charge of writing down technical publications and all that concerns written materials of the Consortium.
